Broward Students get a tour of the U.S.S. Enterprise.

As part of the annual Fleet Week celebration, students from Broward County Public Schools were extended invitations to visit some of the Navy ships that were in Port Everglades. One ship that was visited was the U.S.S. Enterprise -- the world's first nuclear powered aircraft carrier. The Big E as she is known, welcomed students from Colbert Elementary School. Navy personnel, including pilots and navigators, talked with the students about what it takes to make it, not only in the Navy, but in life - staying in school; getting an education and staying out of trouble.
