Students get a sneek peek at the 2004 McDonald's Air and
Sea Show.

On Friday, April 30th more than 3,500 students from Broward's public
schools got a sneak peek at the 2004 McDonald's Air & Sea
Show. This annual event is a salute to the U.S. Military that takes
place on Fort Lauderdale Beach.
This year, 2,500
high school JROTC students & 1,000 middle school students
attended the event and got to see firsthand the military equipment
and training many of them will be experiencing in the not too distant
future.
During the Air and Sea Show, some Broward's public
school students got to meet the U.S. Army's elite
Golden Knights parachute team after their jump onto
the beach.
During the event Cadet Ricardo Baraybar, from Stranahan
High was chosen as the Cadet of the Year. Cadet Baraybar
received his award from the U.S. Army Golden Knights.
