Nob Hill Elementary School Celebrates America and its Servicemen with First Annual “Salute to Americ

Students and Staff from Nob Hill Elementary School; Sunrise Mayor Michael Ryan; Military Personnel; First Responders

WHAT:
Nob Hill Elementary honors its veterans, active servicemen and first responders at its “Salute to America” ceremony.  Students will perform patriotic presentations to honor their heroes.  

WHEN:  Saturday, May 21, 2016, from 10:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.

WHY:
Students at Nob Hill Elementary have been learning about the United States and its history through interdisciplinary units.  This event is an opportunity for students to showcase their classroom learning experience.
