Community Job Fair

Students, District Staff, Community Members, Local Businesses, Broward College and representatives from the District’s three technical colleges: Atlantic Technical College, McFatter Technical College and Sheridan Technical College 
 
WHAT:
2016 Job Fair, with the theme “Opening Doors in Broward”

Saturday, November 5, 2016 | 9 a.m. – noon

WHY:
The free event aims to connect students and community members (ages 16 and up) with educational and employment opportunities for entry-level, skilled and experienced professional positions.  More than 70 local businesses are participating in the 2016 Job Fair in areas such as automotive, business management, construction, healthcare, hospitality, information technology, manufacturing, office assistants, retail industry, and much more. Job seekers should bring copies of their resume and be prepared to interview with prospective employers. Attendees can also learn about career programs available at Broward County Public Schools (BCPS) three technical colleges, as well as Broward College.
