When students visit school cafeterias across BCPS this year, many of the new items they will see on the menu are the creations of Chef Poindexter. Over the past six months, Chef Poindexter has worked with the Food and Nutrition Services Department to develop exciting new menu options and train cafeteria staff on how to prepare the selections. During the kickoff event, Chef Poindexter aims to help staff power up and be inspired for the new school year.
