Bayview Elementary School Honors Breast Cancer Awareness Month

WHAT:
In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Bayview Elementary School students, teachers, administrators and staff will wear pink in remembrance of those who lost their fight, survived or continue to battle breast cancer.
 
WHEN:
Thursday, October 20 and Friday, October 21, 2016

WHY:
For two days, students and staff at Bayview Elementary will have the opportunity to wear pink to bring awareness and understanding to the fight against breast cancer. Students and staff who participate are asked to donate $1, which will be donated to the Susan G. Komen Foundation. In addition, the most creatively decorated “pink class” will receive a pizza party.
