BCPS Students Recognized with Cambridge Learner Awards

Congratulations to Broward County Public Schools (BCPS) students from Cypress Bay High School, Fort Lauderdale High School and South Broward High School for being honored by the Cambridge International Examinations organization for their outstanding performance on the Cambridge Examination series.

Top performing learners will be recognized during a special Cambridge Learner Awards ceremony on Thursday, April 6, 2017, at 5:30 p.m. at Fort Lauderdale High School, 1600 NE Fourth Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33305.

Mark Cavone, Regional Director, North America, Cambridge International Examinations said, “Cambridge is pleased to honor Broward County Public Schools and the Cambridge Learner Award recipients.  Broward County is one of the Cambridge school districts showing significant increases in scholar award winners in addition to having students who have achieved top of the USA status.”

The Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards program celebrates the success of learners taking Cambridge examinations in over 160 countries around the world. Cambridge places learners at the center of their international education programs and qualifications which are inspired by the best in educational thinking. The Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards program recognizes exceptional high school students.
