WHAT:
The Next Gen Engage town hall series builds on previous years’ Conversations With The District town hall series to engage students in sharing their experiences, opinions and ideas about what happens in their schools and classrooms. This is the first of seven Next Gen Engage events taking place throughout the District.

WHEN:
Thursday, November 10, 2016
Speaker registration begins at 5 p.m.
Student engagement begins at 5:30 p.m.

WHERE:
Coral Glades High School
2700 Sportsplex Drive
Coral Springs, FL 33065

WHY:
The Next Gen Engage series evolves from the 2011 Superintendent’s Listening Tour, which brought the community together to share concerns, and Conversations With The District, which moved the discussion from community concerns to actively engaging stakeholders in open dialogue. This year, engagement is geared to student-involved discussions that challenge the District in its vision to prepare today’s students to be successful in tomorrow’s world.
