Broward County Public Schools (BCPS) Students, Parents, Teachers, District Staff and Local Colleges and Universities
More than 20 BCPS magnet programs will participate in the “Block Party for Education,” which helps students and families learn about the various programs within BCPS magnet schools, with interactive exhibits and displays. In an effort to align BCPS magnet program to colleges and universities with similar focuses, attendees can find magnet schools and colleges paired side by side. There will also be dance and musical- performances by BCPS students.
In addition, culinary students from Atlantic Technical College, McFatter Technical College and Sheridan Technical College will be preparing and selling an array of foods.

The fourth annual Block Party for Education is an opportunity for students and families to learn about magnet programs and connect with representatives from local colleges and universities. The event is in collaboration with Broward College, Florida Atlantic University, Nova Southeastern University (NSU), NSU Museum of Art / Fort Lauderdale and Broward County Public Schools.
