Broward County Public Schools (BCPS) will showcase student artwork and musical performances during its annual celebration for Youth Arts Month on Thursday, March 30, 2017, at 5:30 p.m. at the Kathleen C. Wright Administration Center. This celebratory month promotes the importance of arts education for students at all grade levels. This year’s theme is The Power of the Arts.
Students in music and art programs from schools across the District are participating in exhibitions, performances and concerts. The celebration includes student performances from Embassy Creek Elementary School, under the direction of LuAnne Leone. Visual arts in a variety of sizes and mediums are currently on display in the lobby.
